The study was conducted to find out the relationship among two different variables particularly average pay and qualification of staff. Technological within environment as well forces visitors to educate, to obtain better pay. Research shows an educated person can easily develop a вЂFit' when he or your woman encounter with dynamic environment. This capacity to adjust, provide them with an edge above uneducated person. The data of past 17 years of qualification and averages wages was taken from Pakistan Institutes of Development Economics. The data of average income was bass speaker divided into averages real and nominal wages. In order to find out your relation between variables a test of Johansen Co-integration was run using Eviews software. Effect showed there is high co-integration between the researched variables and average managed to graduate person will get more task opportunities than of less qualified person.. In general, education is considered since investment which usually pays off in terms of better wages (returns).
