Carl Robbins is found to have recently been derelict in his duties to ABC Inc., and have been unable to correct the problems which has been created because of his dereliction of obligations assigned to him by Monica Carrols. The outcome with this case report should be his immediate removal from the placing assigned and new times issued to all of the persons he hired for the previously mentioned business.
Since Mr. Robbins scheduled appointment as campus recruiter inside the month of October, he has just ever attemptedto perform one major recruiting event for ABC Inc. After this enrolling event happened, he was approached by Ms. Carrols about the items he was going to need so as to have the new work with orientation. Whilst performing the duties of recruiter during this time period he did not have the suitable paperwork filled out before he had offered the applicants a spot within the firm. C. Important Problems
The number one problem to be found is the insufficient time administration skills that Mr. Robbins has portrayed throughout his tenure since campus recruiter. As stated before, he provides only experimented with one main recruitment function in the almost 8 months that he continues to be employed with the company.
