Product Blend: Dutch Bros. should increase and acquire new releases such as pastries to distinguish themselves much more from their competition Music: At times the music is played noisy and I have to shout my personal order Limited Variety: There is also a limited choice of drinks

Hours: Not really open for people who do buiness 24 hours a day

Exterior Opportunities:

Product Development: Expand current menu whilst adding pastries To-Go Boxes: Catering to people who wish to generate large requests for neighborhood businesses, educational institutions, etc . Increase Hours: Open business for 24 hours a day

Campus Locations: Broaden their market by partnering with the regional colleges Exterior Threats:

Competition: Human being Bean and Starbucks

To-Go Boxes: The Human Bean and Starbucks offer to-go boxes pertaining to large requests Pastries: Starbucks offers lots of fresh pastries. The Human Bean offers muffins, granola bars, etc . Espresso Houses: A sit down, third space environment that you don't comes from a drive thru coffee kiosk
